As an independent lettings agency, we offer one-to-one relationships. We all work in our central office, five minutes from Brighton Station, ensuring that we are always easy to reach.

Managing Team

The Managing Director of Parks is Graham Jasper who was one of the firm’s founders. Antony Rummins leads our lettings team.

Managing Director

Born and raised in Brighton; Parks has been Graham's vocation since he started the company in 1992, Graham is still as actively involved today as he was back in the infancy of the business. A great deal of time is spent with the clients, many of whom have been with Parks since the business began.

Associate Letting Director

Antony holds an impressive career within the property industry spanning twelve years including four years' working in high profile agencies in South Kensington and Richmond. Antony has incorporated this wealth of knowledge and experience into providing a top class level of service to our clients.

Maxine Jasper

Compliance Director

With a career background in the financial services sector, Maxine maintains and oversees Parks' accounts and ensures compliance with ARLA Propertymark's conduct and membership rules.

Amy Insley

Letting Negotiator

Amy started her Parks career in 2016 as a viewing guide, and is now a leading negotiator regularly receiving positive feedback from prospective tenants. Amy is best known for a warm welcome and helping applicants feel at ease during the viewing process. More than anything, Amy loves meeting new people and finding them their dream home.

Having worked in the fitness industry for five years, Guy has an enthusiastic approach as a negotiator. He excels at matching tenant's requirements to a property, and finding them a home. Guy grew up in Brighton and has key knowledge of the local area and all the brilliant things it has to offer.

Frankie Warr

Property Manager

Frankie has a wealth of experience within property management, working outside of Parks on a family member's portfolio management as well as her time with Parks. Frankie greets clients with a friendly attitude and is happy to take on whatever she is thrown into, including starting her ARLA exams.

James Smith

Property Manager

James is an experienced property manager having recently passed his ARLA qualification. He brings over seven years’ experience in the residential property market both in sales and lettings to his current role. He is an excellent communicator and prides himself on delivering a high level of customer service with a friendly approach.

Lauren Wright

Client Coordinator

Lauren has an extensive background in maintenance and accounting, having worked within the lettings sector for 4 years dealing with client accounts and co-ordination. Currently progressing her career in Property Management, Lauren is also working towards her ARLA qualification.

Following a Degree in Media based Marketing, Louise began her Marketing career over six years ago initially in Fashion and joined the Property industry in 2015. With a wealth of experience creating bespoke marketing for every type of property she has the skill of capturing a property’s unique characteristics through photos and copy.
