As an independent lettings agency, we offer one-to-one relationships. We all work in our central office, five minutes from Brighton Station, ensuring that we are always easy to reach.

Managing Team

The Managing Director of Parks is Graham Jasper who was one of the firm’s founders. Antony Rummins leads our lettings team.

Managing Director

Born and raised in Brighton; Parks has been Graham's vocation since he started the company in 1992, Graham is still as actively involved today as he was back in the infancy of the business. A great deal of time is spent with the clients, many of whom have been with Parks since the business began.

Associate Letting Director

Antony holds an impressive career within the property industry spanning twelve years including four years' working in high profile agencies in South Kensington and Richmond. Antony has incorporated this wealth of knowledge and experience into providing a top class level of service to our clients.

Maxine Jasper

Compliance Director

With a career background in the financial services sector, Maxine maintains and oversees Parks' accounts and ensures compliance with ARLA Propertymark's conduct and membership rules.

Amy Insley

Letting Negotiator

Amy started her Parks career in 2016 as a viewing guide, and is now a leading negotiator regularly receiving positive feedback from prospective tenants. Amy is best known for a warm welcome and helping applicants feel at ease during the viewing process. More than anything, Amy loves meeting new people and finding them their dream home.

Guy Welfare – MARLA

Letting Manager

Having moved over from the Fitness Industry Guy has grown within Parks from Trainee Negotiator to Letting Manager. He has worked hard to learn the industry and now thrives in meeting new landlords and getting to know their wants and needs. He has now passed all of his level three Letting exams and is a proud member of ARLA. He loves to watch sport and cook in his spare time.

Parisa Salehi

Property Manager

Following 5 years of experience in retail management, Parisa joined the Parks team in 2018. She has grown within the company and is now in training to be Parks' Senior Property Manager, and is working towards her ARLA Propertymark qualifications. Parisa lived and studied in Marbella in her early life, before returning to Brighton to pursue her career in Property.

Courtney Mayer

Head of Property Management

In 2008 Courtney started her Property career in Kensington and Chelsea, working for both independent firms as well as large corporate companies. As well as working within the lettings industry, she have also worked within block management and managed commercial portfolios.

Shane Greenaway

Property Manager

Shane was inspired to become part of the property world by his mother and sister, who are both in management roles. Starting off as a renewals clerk in London, Shane then quickly adopted a property manager position now securing three years of quality experience. Shane is a keen Arsenal supporter, enjoys dealing with different people and providing excellent customer service.

Shannon Hegarty

Property Manager

Shannon initially recognised her interest in property whilst out travelling in Australia. Since then, Shannon has returned to the UK where she has embarked upon her career in property management. Originally specialising in student lets, Shannon has gone on to progress into the residential expertise of letting, and thoroughly enjoys being part of a close and hardworking team.

Joe Newman

Acquisition Coordinator

Joe assists the Parks team during the busy summer periods. The rest of the year he’s living his life in Khon Kaen, Thailand, rescuing animals and exploring Asia. Joe has been returning to Parks since 2007 and has fulfilled various roles within the company. He enjoys the friendly and dynamic work environment.

Joanne Swann

Letting and Marketing Coordinator

Having obtained a hybrid degree in Media and Literature, Joanne has recently returned back to Brighton after two years of living and working in Asia. Joanne uses her skills to support the marketing component of Parks by writing blogs and editing photos/property videos, alongside supporting the team with property files and administration duties.
