Valuation
Receive an ‘on the spot’ rental value at your property or via a virtual meeting and appraisal, with comparisons to similar properties and advice on how best to market its strengths. Your property will be advertised within 24 hours of us taking photographs.
The Right Tenant
Your investment deserves the right tenant, one that is thoroughly vetted in a timely manner. Being an ARLA licensed agent, we’re comprehensive on details and experienced at finding the right tenants. You’ll only receive fully reference-assessed people that meet your criteria, and we attend all property viewings.
Agreement of Tenancy Terms
Subject to acknowledgement by all parties of a formal application, final checks are completed, a move-in date agreed and legal documents prepared. Want to meet your new tenant? We can easily arrange this for you.
Property Management
Your dedicated Property Manager will act on your behalf, fielding questions from you or your tenant and building a close, trusted relationship with both parties to keep you pro-actively informed and reassured throughout your time with us.
Renewal or Remarket
