The Government has recently announced an important step towards improving the standards of Residential Letting & Property Management agents throughout England through compulsory Client Money Protection.
In March 2015, the government introduced new legislation as a way to encourage Landlords to improve the energy efficiency of their rental properties.
As of 1st March 2018, the new regulations for the Additional Licensing scheme will come into effect and be introduced citywide. New Additional Licensing affects properties in the following categories:
