Parks are delighted to receive great feedback, and even more delighted to receive referrals based on great client experiences with Parks, growing our network of satisfied clients.
As our way of saying thanks, we will pay £250 as a referral credit every time a property is successfully let / rented through Parks, where the landlord is directly referred to us (via the above / below referral form).
The referral credit will be split 50 / 50 between the person making the referral and the new landlord, and credited to an account on our system within 30 days of the commencement of a new tenancy.
The landlord MUST be a new landlord to Parks, who has not rented a property through Parks previously.
The tenancy MUST be a new tenancy and not a tenancy renewal or extension of an existing tenancy.
The referral credit will apply to the first property and tenancy agreed and let through Parks. No further referral credits will be applied for the same landlord, property, new tenancies, tenancy extensions / renewals or any other variation thereafter.
A tenancy will be deemed to have commenced upon the successful move in of new tenants, where the necessary legal documents are successfully completed. Should the legal documents not be successfully completed or a tenancy be surrendered within the first 30 days following the commencement of the tenancy, the referral will be null and void.
Once the referral credit has been applied to our system accounts, the person making the referral and the new landlord will have the option of using the referral credit against services offered by Parks in the form of our residential sales and residential lettings or the option to request for the funds to be paid out.
If the funds are requested to be paid out, Parks will require the bank account details confirmed (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) where the funds are to be paid, following which payment will be made via internet banking within 30 days of receipt of the bank account details, following the 30 days of the referral credit being applied to our system account.
The £250 is inclusive of VAT.
From time to time Parks run promotional offers on our lettings services, should a landlord instruct Parks on a promotional rate the landlord forfeits their entitlement to their 50% share of the referral payment.
Parks reserve the right to alter or withdraw this referral credit at any time and without warning.
Should a dispute arise at any time, Parks decision is final.
The person making the referral confirms that they have sought the consent of the landlord prior to making the referral to Parks, and that the landlord being referred will be expecting communication from / with Parks. Should this not be the case the person making the referral accepts and agrees to re-imburse any personal and financial liability / loss incurred by Parks.
