The £250 will only be awarded to referrals submitted via Parks Residential Ltd Landlord Referral Form.
The person making the referral must confirm that they have sought the consent of the Landlord prior to making the referral to Parks Residential Ltd, and the landlord being referred will be expecting communication from Parks Residential Ltd.
The referral can be split 50/50 between the person making the referral and the new Landlord, by mutual agreement in writing to Parks Residential Ltd no later than the completion date of the tenancy. (The new Landlord will have the option of using the referral credit against services offered by Parks Residential Ltd or the option to request for the funds to be paid out by bank transfer).
The Landlord MUST be a new client to Parks Residential Ltd.
Parks Residential Ltd will make payment within 30 days after the new tenancy has commenced and upon receipt of the recipient’s bank account details.
It is up to the recipient to report any cash payment to HMRC.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion run by Parks Residential Ltd.
This promotion has a limitation period of 3 months from the point of completing the referral and the property being let by Parks Residential Ltd.
Parks Residential Ltd reserve the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time.
Should a dispute arise at any time, Parks Residential Ltd decision is final.
This promotion is subject to full terms of business being signed by the new Landlord.
The new Client to parks must agree to a minimum of a 12 month tenancy under one of our management services.
