Recommend a Landlord

At Parks we are looking to expand our portfolio of properties with like minded landlords. We want to do this by offering, as way of a thanks, three months free fees for any current landlord of Parks who recommends a friend, family member or colleague that successfully lets a property through us.     Definitions
    1. “The Agent” is Parks Residential Ltd
    “Park’s Landlord” is a current client of The Agent
    “Prospective Landlord” is the referred Landlord to The Agent
    “Period” is the promotional period
    “Referral Incentive” is the fee charged by The Agent including VAT

    2. "The referral incentive" is valid from the 1st August 2021 to 30th September 2021. No other properties referred before or after these dates will be applicable to receive the "referral incentive".

    3. The referral incentive is based upon the successful completion of a tenancy. You as a “Park’s Landlord” will receive 3 months free commission, credited to your Landlord account.

    4. There is no option for a cash equivalent.

    5. The referral incentive is paid to the first “Park’s Landlord” who refers the “Prospective Landlord” via the contact form above.

    6. The “Park’s Landlord” must obtain consent from the “Prospective Landlord” to provide contact details to “The Agent”.

    7. “The Agent” will contact the “Prospective Landlord” and offer a free market appraisal and must receive written instruction to engage in “The Agents” terms.

    8. To qualify for the ‘referral incentive’ the contact form must be completed and by doing so, agree to the Terms and Conditions.

    9. Only one “referral incentive” can be claimed per new “prospective landlord”.

    10. If a “Park’s Landlord” has multiple properties with “The Agent”, the mean average will be applied for the “referral incentive’.
