Parks launch Property Acquisition

Parks has launched its Property Acquisition service, allowing property owners to sell their home free of any fees or charges. The new service links sellers with Parks’ existing landlords who wish to buy further investment property.

Graham Jasper, Managing Director of Parks says, “we are very excited at Parks about this innovative way of selling and buying through our Property Acquisition service - the fresh, fast and free way to sell your home”.

Buyers pay 0.5% of the overall property selling price if they put the purchased property on Parks’ letting portfolio (1% if it is not added). It’s good news too for other potential investors as the service will be rolled out to them in the future (such clients will pay an initial  £300 retaining fee (+ VAT) upon instruction).

Parks will act on behalf of the purchaser, but sellers can rest assured that they will receive the same professional and helpful service that the company was founded on.

Through Property Acquisition, Parks has access to specialist buy-to-let mortgage advisors, solicitors and RICS surveyors.
