Take instructions regarding the renewal of the tenancy.
Arrange for the tenancy extension agreement to be drawn up and signed.
Serve End of Tenancy notices together with detailed instructions for tenants checking out of your property.
Arrange for your property to be re-marketed, and arrange access for viewings, via tenants in residence.
Receive keys to signal the end of the tenancy.
Undertake final inspection to confirm the condition of the property.
