Parks is an independent residential letting agency, now in its fifteenth successful year of business. The founding directors still have a hands-on daily role in the business and recruit only the best staff who are committed to offering individual, first-class service to tenants and landlords alike - all within a strict code of practice.

Letting companies do not have to become regulated, however Parks is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). ARLA is the most influential regulatory body, recognised by Government, to protect consumers by improving standards and professionalism within the letting industry.

We invest in a structured and ongoing staff training plan and are always up-to-date with legislation - which all adds up to a professional service that can be relied on for complete security and peace of mind.
